Vintage antique Parlor Acoustic Guitar fancy binding & Inlay no name V neck

here is an old parlor guitar
needs repair as the neck heal is coming unglued and the action is high at the upper frets
bridge looks like it shrunk or moved slightly
the spots are mild glue residue where some kid glued plastic beads
there is a crack on the back in the middle seam on either side of the inlay
I cannot find any identification marks on it anywhere
it has the V shaped neck
lots of cool looking inlays and binding
approximate measurements:
37" top of head stock to bottom
15.75" nut to 18th fret
12.2" nut to 12th fret
9.5" top across upper bout
13" top across lower bout
3.75" width of body
