CLAIMS POLICY
Due to the raising amount of frauds on internet sales, the following rules will apply to any claim received:
a) Item not delivered: if tracking information shows item as delivered, and buyer informs that it didn't arrive, a claim will be opened with USPS for "stolen item". In these cases, USPS starts a formal investigation to determine the responsibility and take any action they consider necessary.
Due to the fact that fraud and steal correspondence are both considered Federal offenses, USPS reserves the right to use all available information (name and shipping address) during the investigation.
If the tracking number shows no movement at all, or the item is lost in transit, a replacement (exact same item) will be sent without further delay.
b) Item damaged: As all the items are sent via Priority Mail (insured), a photo proof of the damage will be required to open the claim with USPS, and the return of the item may be requested. A replacement (exact same item) will be sent.
