includes 110 volt power cord

This charger is the same as the original charger on JLG, Skyjack and Genie 24 volt electric scissor lifts. They will often say "Manufacturer SIGNET SYSTEMS" in the top right corner of the charger.
Careful of competitor chargers; if it doesn't say "Manufacturer SIGNET SYSTEMS INC." on the tag that is on the charger....it
may not be a genuine Signet charger.
If you are having troubles getting the Charger to power on, make sure the AC cord is fully seated into the charger. The cord grip on the front sometimes catches the plug preventing it from fully seating into the charger.
